1. Audio Visual Equipment Installation Services

Our engineers will deliver a service where we will ensure the seamless removal of outdated equipment and the professional installation of the latest in audiovisual technology, including Large Format and Interactive Display Panels, Video Conferencing solutions, and all necessary ancillary accessories and cabling connections.  

Included, We Will -

1. de-install all specified outdated audiovisual equipment currently in place. 

2. supply and install state-of-the-art Large Format and Interactive Display Panels as per client specifications. 

3. implement advanced Video Conferencing solutions, including the provision and installation of all related accessories such as speakers, microphones, and control devices. 

4. ensure all necessary cabling is professionally installed and neatly managed for optimal performance and aesthetics. 

5. achieve full integration, commissioning, and testing of the installed Video Conferencing solutions, ensuring they meet the end customers’ satisfaction and operational requirements. 

 

2. Training Services

We offer training packages for end user customers where we will provide a comprehensive user specific training session with one of our experts for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or Google Meet. Our adoption and training services are designed to ensure the customer experience is always exceptional. These training services can be offered remotely or in person at customer site. 


3. Complete Peace of Mind (Microsoft Teams Rooms)

We offer complete peace of mind to the user with our Virtual Maintain Support and Monitor-Manage-Heal service. This provides the customer with 1 or 3-year(s) maintenance of their Microsoft Teams Room products. Additionally, this service is offered as standard with the Monitor-Manage Heal entitlement to allow for 24- hour monitoring and response to triggered events. 

This service includes two primary entitlements: 1. Virtual Maintain Support allowing customers to call in to our service desk or submit e-tickets when they have technical or usage issues. 2. Monitor-Manage-Heal includes the monitoring and proactive response to triggered events using Microsoft Teams Pro Portal. This service includes a full contact center telephony solution and as needed, an ITSM ticket management system for a period of one (1) or three (3) year(s) commencing on the date of hardware installation, or sixty (60) days after the date of purchase, whichever is sooner.


4. Warranty Extensions

We can provide warranty extensions beyond the standard manufacturer warranty offerings on many of our solutions. If the warranty with your chosen hardware solution does not match your requirements, please talk to our team to find out more about our warranty extension services
