SY-HDBT-282-S - 4K UHD HDMI 1.4 to HDBaseT Splitter with Audio De-embedder.
It takes two independent HDMI 2.0 inputs, then splits the selected input equally to all eight HDBaseT outputs, as well as to both of the local HDMI 1.4 outputs.
This allows either source to be shown on any of the connected displays.
2x HDMI Inputs – Switch either of the HDMI 2.0 Inputs and split equally to all of the outputs.
Mirrored Outputs – Are made up of 8x mirrored HDBaseT and 2x HDMI 1.4 Outputs. This allows either source to be shown on any of the connected displays.
Long Range transmission - It will transmit HDMI 1.4 video signals to 40m at 4K and 70m at 1080p, utilising T568B wiring standard via the HDBaseT Cat6 Links.
HDCP – Can be set to either Auto mode or Off mode for all or specific outputs.
EDID Management – As well as EDID pass-through, preset EDID profiles can also be chosen for each of the inputs separately.
There are 12 built-in EDIDs to select from or also you can choose to read and store the EDID data from any of the connected output Displays onto 3x User programmable Memory positions. Choices range from ‘1080p 2.0 channel’ through to ‘4K60 7.1 channel’. This facility can ensure the video source is optimised to suit the installation.
Audio Support – Pass through of embedded audio signals up to 7.1 channels is supported. This is great for connection to a surround sound system with an HDMI input.
Audio De-embedder – The Audio from the selected HDMI input is de-embedded to L+R analogue stereo, and multi-channel optical S/PDIF and coaxial S/PDIF output ports.
CONTROL
IR – The HDBT-282 is equipped with a 2 way IR Pass-through port, whereby the input IR signals will pass-through to the respective Receivers, whilst the IR output port can be used to control source devices. Input of IR command signals also control switching of the unit itself.
RS232 – Two RS232 modes are possible ‘Pass-through’ and By-pass’ The RS232 port routes commands to all HDBaseT outputs. The unit can also be controlled through this RS232 connection, ensuring simple access to all parameters.
PoC – The switcher also provides power to the Slim-70 HDBaseT Receivers via the PoC (Power over Cable) system. No need for any PSU at the receiver end.

In the event of adverse weather conditions there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.
Some large and bulky items are shipped via a palletised delivery and can take 48-hours. Items may take longer and we will notify you if this is the case with your order.
Our delivery service is available for all addresses within Mainland UK. Please be aware delivery service/charges may differ for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. We use a number of courier and delivery companies including Royal Mail, UPS, DHL and City Link as well as others. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
