Neat Pad is a simple and elegant touch screen which you can use to control your meetings or display room availability outside the room. With its sleek design, including ideal screen angle for smooth interaction and viewing, Neat Pad beautifully blends in anywhere, whether placed on a table, wall or mullion. Thanks to just one Power over Ethernet cable, Neat Pad never runs out of battery either. It’s always on, ready for you to leap into action.

Room availability.

You can install Neat Pad outside your meeting room for optimal room management. Configure Neat Pad as a scheduling display for your Zoom Rooms or a panel for your Microsoft Teams rooms, or even deploy Neat Pad to make your non-video enabled meeting spaces bookable, provided you have the appropriate platform license. You can instantly book the room without having to go through your other calendar systems, and integrated LED indicators show room availability at a glance, even from down a corridor.

Meeting control.

As a controller, Neat Pad enables you to quickly start your meetings and share your screen with just one tap. Configure Neat Pad as a controller for your Zoom Rooms or console for your Teams rooms. It also allows you to invite participants, mute them if necessary or record your meetings. And when connected to a third-party Zoom Rooms system, it not only replaces a conventional tablet controller but offers superior features.

Simple set-up.

Neat Pad ships with a wall and side mount, so it's easy for anyone to install and set up. Use the wall mount to fix Neat Pad to your meeting room wall. With the side mount, you can secure Neat Pad to the edge of your doorframe or mullion. Thanks to just one Power over Ethernet cable, Neat Pad is always alert and set to go.

Just works.

When configured as a controller, Neat Pad ensures any meeting room is always ready. You can add multiple Neat Pads so that everyone has access to its controls from anywhere around the table.

Delivery can be anytime between 7.30am and 6.00pm and will require a signature upon delivery. For next working day orders placed before 4.00pm, we will ship on our standard next day service (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Any order placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Next Working Day Delivery - Pre 10.30am
Delivery the following working day before 10.30am. Your order must be placed before midday on the previous working day to ensure delivery on time. Please be aware this is not available to all UK postcodes. Any orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: All exclusions/exceptions listed in both Free Next-Working Day Delivery and Standard Next-Working Day Delivery are applicable for both pre 10:30am and Pre 12:00 noon delivery options. For delivery assurance, we advise that you call our team prior to ordering if you need an item delivered either pre 10:30am or pre 12:00 noon.

Next Working Day Delivery - Pre 12.00 Noon
Delivery before 12.00 noon the following working day. Your order must be placed before midday on the previous working day to ensure delivery on time. Republic of Ireland Delivery
Due to the varied costs associated with delivery to the Republic of Ireland, we would strongly advise that you call our sales team to discuss specific delivery charges. Online delivery charges to the Republic of Ireland may not always be accurate (especially for heavier/larger items).

In the event of adverse weather conditions there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.

Some large and bulky items are shipped via a palletised delivery and can take 48-hours. Items may take longer and we will notify you if this is the case with your order.

Our delivery service is available for all addresses within Mainland UK. Please be aware delivery service/charges may differ for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. We use a number of courier and delivery companies including Royal Mail, UPS, DHL and City Link as well as others. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
