Pricing & Promotions

AV Partsmaster will always try to ensure that products listed on the website are sold at the most up to date prices available. Due to inventories and daily changes offered by manufacturers, prices and promotions will and do change frequently.  

The products on the website will show the current price.  Some products will also show the following option:
 

Call for Pricing
If an item is marked "Call for Pricing", then that item has pricing that either changes frequently or the item is a special build to order. It is usually on non-stock items and we want to ensure that we can give the best pricing possible. Please call us for pricing on these items.

AV Parts Master is unable to provide any price protection; therefore we will not refund any price difference on your current or previous orders. We also cannot honour a promotion or promotional price on any purchases made before the promotion start date.

However we know that there is a lot of choice for you and if you find the same product available cheaper online then please contact us and we will try to beat the price. When you call us please ensure you have the website and details of the cheaper product as we will ask for this.
