Wizard 4U2 - A 4K Dual Display Output, Wireless Presentation and Collaboration switcher. A premium BYOD solution for any meeting room, huddle space, board rooms and video conference rooms. You can join multiple participants to your meeting wirelessly using a variety of connection methods.
Wireless and Wired LAN Connections - Use SY Cast to Join your 4k sources wirelessly, or connect via a wired LAN to connect a Windows or MacOS computer by using the SY Cast App.
Wand 4K – Connect using ‘Wand 4K’ wireless adaptors. Connect your Laptop or other video source with resolutions up to 4K 30Hz. Two versions are available to suit your equipment:-
Use the SY-WAND-H-4K for sources with an HDMI output port; Laptops, Desktop Computers, Blu-Ray players etc. Use the SY-WAND-C-4K for sources with a USB-C Video Output port; Tablets, Laptops etc.
Wand 1080p - The 1080p versions of the Wands, (Wand-H and Wand-C) are also compatible with Wizard 4U2 and can be used instead of the 4K Wand variants, with a limit of up to 1080p resolutions only.
Wireless Casting – via: Airplay, Miracast, Chromecast, Samsung Smartview – Mobile Phones and Tablets can connect via one of these casting protocols directly to the Wizard, wirelessly using your source device built-in Casting methods.
Securely Connect via your local LAN - By connecting to the local LAN with either a wired or Wi-fi connection, you will connect to the Wizard 4U2 directly. Two LAN networks are available to connect to two separate Data networks. Thus providing an ‘Air Gap’ between LAN networks for maximum security. For example you could use your main LAN/Wi-Fi for company employees and a Guest LAN/Wi-Fi network to join your visitors to the meeting.
Pure wireless presentation/collaboration BYOD experience - Share and join people to your meeting or presentation simply and intuitively. Display participants individually or show up to 4x meeting participants at once, using the Multi-View function.
Touch-Back - This feature allows a presenter to navigate their source (PC, Laptop) directly from a meeting rooms main touch screen display.
White-board with Annotation - When a Touch Display is connected the user can use the Wizard as a Whiteboard by using 'display touch' as an input method, or you use a mouse to annotate onto the display screen image using the on screen display tools, allowing you to write, draw or place shapes etc. The annotated image/white-board can be saved and sent to other delegates.
Dual Display HDMI Outputs - Separate Background images can be displayed on each output. Each output may show the default background image, or you can select from custom images to act as the Home Screen. Information text will can be show on each display, when enabled. The two displays can show the same image, or you can set either one to show the Main image, while the other shows the Multiview mode.
Digital Signage - Adding to the flexible background image options, a Digital Signage function enables specific content to run, after the Auto Standby time elapses. This content can be from sourced from the internet or via intranet. Enter the url and set a schedule that includes both time and day of the week when you want it to run.
Multiple USB Ports – With a total of 9x USB ports for connection of multiple devices including AV, storage, HID, Dual Display touchback and more. USB 3.0 ports are provided for connection to a local PC. USB-C is provided for compatible source devices.

Two USB Camera Inputs and Audio connections – Two Cameras and Audio Input / Output devices can be connected via the USB ports to facilitate a complete VC meeting experience.
Two USB Camera Inputs - The Wizard 4U2 can also transmit back USB Camera and Audio over Wi-Fi, making it even more practical and friendly for remote participants with tight integration with meeting applications such as Zoom, MS Teams and more. No cables, no mess, no limitation – Just present with ease.
Audio Output - The Wizard has options to output your audio. Choose from analogue 3.5mm TRS Jack, HDMI, 3.5mm TRS Jack & HDMI, or USB audio device.
Powerful Presentation Features - The ‘Touch to Show’ feature let’s you connect the wireless Wand devices, by simply pressing the button on the top of the Wand to connect to the meeting or presentation easily. Haptic feedback will confirm operation.
OSD - You are able to control and preview content using and OSD (On Screen Display) menu. Wizard supports Whiteboard and On-screen Annotation over the top of the presentation content.
Moderator function - Ensures that the meetings can be kept under control by the meeting organiser straight from the main display or from the built-in Web GUI. The Moderator facility ensures easy control of presentation with facilities such as, Stop-sharing, Full-screen mode, Audio mute, and many more.
Security - Best-in-class data security, with Dual Networks and high standard encryption to ensure that your network remains safe and secure, whilst still allowing visitors to join your BYOD meeting.
Web GUI - The built-in Web GUI allows control of all the functions and features of the Wizard for easy initial set up as well as carrying out ‘on the fly’ changes.
CEC Control – The Wizard can be configured to either let the Wizard control the Display’s power, or to allow the Display to control the Wizard’s power.
PoE powered - The Wizard can be powered via PoE or external PSU.
Video Conferencing compatibility - The Wizard is compatible with mainstream VC platforms like Teams, Zoom, Webex etc.
