Wizard 4 - BYOD Wireless presentation Switcher  

 

An optimum solution for any meeting room or huddle space, allowing multiple participants to share content wirelessly from laptop or mobile, (using Airplay, Chromecast, Miracast, etc) or by 'Touch to Show' via the Wand C or Wand H dongle quickly, and easily to a shared display. Wizard allows presentation from a wide array of devices in a simple and intuitive way, with the capability of sharing one of up to four connected devices at any time, or in 'Multi-View' with up to 4x devices shown concurrently at the touch of a button.

 

The Touch-Back facility allows a presenter to navigate their source device from the display side. The presenter may annotate onto the display screen image/use it as a white-board, the image/white-board can be saved and sent to other delegates' connected source device.  The Moderator facility ensures easy control of presentation with facilities such as, stop-sharing, full-screen mode, audio mute, and many more.  No cables, no mess, no limitation – just present with ease. Ideal for scenarios including education spaces, meeting rooms, hospitality and offices/ huddle spaces.

 

You are able to control and preview content using and OSD (On Screen Display) menu. A customizable home screen enables the experience to be tailored to your liking, along with a Central Management App for total meeting system control.

 

 

Wireless App Connection - Airplay, Miracast, Chromecast, laptops and mobiles can connect via various wireless methods directly to the Wizard, without the need for a dongle.

 

Connect using a Wand C or Wand H - Present video, audio or via USB from your devices via HDMI or USB-C video ports using the single button 'Touch to Show' Wand dongles, by simply pressing the button on the top of the Wand to connect to the meeting or presentation easily. 

Use a Wand-C dongle for devices with a USB-C video output.

Use a Wand-H dongle for devices with an HDMI output.

 

Touch to Show - The ‘Touch to Show’ feature let’s you connect the wireless Wand dongles with the various presentation modes. Haptic feedback confirms operation. 

 

Connect using Wireless LAN connection - By connecting to the Wireless network, you can connect to the Wizard 4 directly.  Two LAN networks are available for maximum security. For example you could use the Main Wi-Fi for company employees and a Guest Wi-Fi network to join your visitors to the meeting.

 

Wireless content input up to 1080P - Connect your Laptop or other video source with resolutions up to 1080p

 

Audio Output - The Wizard has a stereo analogue audio line output via a 3.5mm TRS jack.

 

Moderator function - Ensures that the meetings can be kept under control by the meeting organiser straight from the main display or from the built-in Web GUI. Touch Back allows the presenter to naviagate the source from the display side, allowing for control of any connected Laptop / Mobile device.  Presenter may annotate the screen image/ use as a whiteboard, the annotated image/ screenshot may then be sent back to any connected source device.

 

Security - Best-in-class data security, with Dual Network and high standard encryption ensures that your network remains safe and secure, whilst still allowing visitors to join your BYOD meeting. 

 

Web GUI - The built-in Web GUI allows control of all the functions and features of the Wizard for easy initial set up as well as carrying out ‘on the fly’ changes.

 

CEC Control - The Wizard can be configured to either let the Wizard control the display’s power, or to allow the Display to control the Wizard’s power.
